Annual Meeting of the Members

Wellington Park Patio Home Association, Inc.’s annual meeting of the members is tentatively scheduled for February 1, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to elect homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors and to provide information about your community. An agenda, official meeting notice and proxy will be sent to you under separate cover.
The purpose of this solicitation is to seek nominees to the Board of Directors. If you are interested in having your name placed on the ballot and have not been convicted of a crime of moral turpitude or a felony that is less than twenty (20) years, please fill out and send the attached willingness to serve form to the Association, no later than Friday, January 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM.

2024 Annual Assessment
The 2024 Annual Assessment is $302 and is now delinquent. Delinquency statements are being processed and include a 10% (per annum) late fee.
